At INFINITY ART STUDIO, each of our handcrafted creations is made with love, care, and creativity. Due to the time and dedication invested in every piece, we uphold a strict No-Refund policy.

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. To ensure eligibility, please provide a clear video recording of the parcel being opened, starting from the very beginning. Unfortunately, without this, we won’t be able to process replacement requests, even in cases of damage.

If your item is damaged, you may choose one of the following options:

    • A full replacement of the product (excluding shipping charges), or

    • A discount code equivalent to the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.

Please note that refunds are not offered. We deeply value your understanding and support for the artistry and effort behind handmade creations.
